A delicious recipe for Tomato Lassi, with yoghurt, tomato juice, water, salt and celery salt. Ideally served in a collins glass. This yoghurt drink can be found in non-alcoholic.
What you'll need
- 2 oz plain yoghurt
- 2 oz tomato juice
- 4 oz water
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
How to make it
Place the yogurt, tomato juice, water and salt in a blender; blend thoroughly. Pour into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add celery salt/seed and stir thoroughly.
