A delicious recipe for Southern Ginger, with dry ginger ale, mint, sugar syrup and lemon juice. Ideally served in a highball glass. This Fizzy drink can be found in non-alcoholic.

What you'll need

• 5 oz dry ginger ale
• 1 mint sprig
• 1/2 oz sugar syrup
• 1/2 oz lemon juice

How to make it

Crush the mint gently in a highball glass. Fill with broken ice, add remaining ingredients and mix gently. Add straws, and serve.
